So from the Prestige of the Green jacket, and that back 9, we head on to South Carolina, Hilton Head, for the annual visit to Harbour Town golf links for the RBC Heritage.

My masters record continues to be poor, Justin Rose was exceptional, and finally found his iron prowess with his new equipment, and he was the only regret. Rory was no price, but his win was more special than any financial return could have been, and I imagine we are all still catching up on our sleep after that late Sunday night, what an event, what a victory, he will be hard to stop at Quail Hollow next month!

Another Pete Dye classic this week, Harbour Town golf links is a coastal course with a Parkland feel. The Par 4s are tight, exacting, and accuracy is the name of the game as the greens here are small. Speith often fares well here, as does Cantlay but both are bang out of form. Tee to green stats are key and scrambling is also needed, and we head into the week, with 4 selections in a 6 places market, for the 72 player no cut signature event, and a field minus only Matsuyama and Mcilroy from the world's best. Par 71, three par 5s and 7213 Yards await these guys and we are also putting up a bonus selection in the Corales PuntaCana event in the Dominican, as the next best 120 players go at it there, but just 1 selection in what is a no brainer pick for the blog.

First selection at Harbour Town came back to form last week at Augusta, and has great form here. SUNGJAE IM has previous 12th, 7th, 21st, 13th on this links, I really think he can go closer. He shot 4 rounds under par at Augusta in his 5th place, and after a poor last 2 months he is well placed and well priced at 40/1 with most bookies. We go 5pts e/w on him 6 places with Paddy Power.

I almost picked Straka again after his blemish last week, but if he is feeling fresh enough, JASON DAY is playing the best no mistake golf in the world right now. He is making so few bogeys, and his driving is decent and that has always been his achilles heel. He is a great iron player, a great chipper and pitcher and a great putter, and I don't think he's played this well since the Halcyon days pre 2020. He is an inexplicable 40/1 with Bet365 5 places and we go 5pts e/w again.

2 to go and it is heartening to see TOM HOGE playing so well again. He's a classic player, with a plotting yet accurate style that suits here, and it is a surprise to not see him with more top 10's in this event. Despite some poor driving this season, his last 3 starts read, 3rd at the players, 5th in Texas and 14th at the masters, and another player who didn't shoot over par at Augusta, which is some going. His price is very interesting, and 90s all over we go with Hills 6 places and 2.5pts e/w.

Another man with a classic game who should have better form figures here is BILLY HORSCHEL. Billy is a tee to green specialist, he has performed admirably for us this season and with just 72 players here, to see him at 95/1 with Hills is too good to ignore. I can see him in a tartan jacket and I can see him fighting it out on Sunday if he can get his putter going. 2.5pts e/w on him with Hills 6 places 95/1.

So over to the Dominican Republic and the Corales Puntacana Championship. A short write up here, but with the non qualified players travelling there, to warm climates and a step and fetch track where players can smash it anywhere, I have to put up ALDRICH POTGIETER, in conditions that just suit him perfectly. His 192mph ball speed and finch brain, can tear this field apart, and with 20 under scores possible, in mild conditions his 40/1 price with Hills 6 places is jaw dropping. 5pts e/w on the Podgyget.

Go well
